Audit terms
What the Growth Blocker Audit involves, what it costs, what we do with your data, and what we do not promise.
1. What you're giving us
Only your Meta ad account, and only what you give us access to. Read-only. We can see it, we cannot spend, change, publish or pause anything. Access is via Meta Marketing API with read-only tokens rotated every 90 days; all access is logged.
The data is controlled by Flinch, operating from 1702 – 18 Harrison Garden Blvd, North York, Toronto, ON M2N 7J7, Canada. Processing is carried out by our team in Ontario, Canada.
2. How your audit is made
The analysis is assembled with software and reviewed line by line by a person before it is sent. Software can be confidently wrong, which is exactly why a person checks it and why we say plainly what the data cannot tell us. No fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.
3. Who sees your data
Named members of our team only. We do not share it with any other client, advertiser, or third party.
4. How long we keep it, and how to end it
We remove our own access within 7 days of sending your audit. You can revoke it yourself at any time from your Meta Business settings. Your account data is deleted 365 days after delivery. Contact information is retained until you request withdrawal.
5. What this costs, and what it obliges you to
Nothing, and nothing. There is no charge for the audit and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. If there is a fit, we will say so once. If you say no, that is the end of it and you keep the audit.
6. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a result, a return, or that we will find a problem. If your account is in good shape, the audit will say that.
7. If something goes wrong
If we become aware of a personal information breach that affects your data, we will notify you without delay in clear, plain language. We will also notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if there is a real risk of significant harm, as required by PIPEDA.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. You retain your rights under PIPEDA.
