Our team reviews audit requests in Ontario, Canada. Our hosting provider processes contact-form data on our behalf to receive and securely store your request before that review.
What we collect when you request an audit
When you submit a Growth Blocker Audit request, we process the personal information described below to assess and respond to it. The form asks for your clear, affirmative consent. We ask for separate consent before we access any Meta ad account data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Why we collect it
To decide whether we can usefully audit your account, to produce your audit, and to send it to you. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train models.

Where the work happens
Our team reviews audit requests in Ontario, Canada. Our hosting provider processes contact-form data on our behalf to receive and store the request.
Security
We protect your personal information with reasonable security safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted access to stored audit requests.
Children
The Growth Blocker Audit is not directed at individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected personal information from someone under 18, write to us and we will delete it.
Software and human review
Your audit is assembled using software that analyzes your Meta ad account data. Every finding is reviewed line-by-line by a person before delivery. No fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.
Tracking on this site
This site uses no non-essential cookies, pixels, or tracking scripts.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to access and correct your personal information, and to challenge our compliance. To exercise these rights, write to contact@weareflinch.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Grievance redressal
If you have a concern about how your personal information is handled, write to contact@weareflinch.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within a reasonable time.
